I am Gergana Atanasova. I am a member of The National Rottweiler  Club, a

                              major breed selection expert and jud specialized in the breeding and selection of rottweilers

                              in  Bulgaria.

                             I possess The Geriat`s Merry Dogs Kennel at NKR/The National Rottweiler  Club/ - 

                             BRFC/The   Bulgarian Kennel Federation/  FCI  IFR. I have both bred and selected this very

                             breed for ten years. At the very beginning there was a female dog purchased from Estonia

                             with good exterior qualities at the time, however, I considered her not a typical specimen of

                             the  breed. So, after the first highly promising puppies were bred in the Club by Mr. V. Petkov,

                             owner of The Bossilek Kennel, we purchased Fortuna Bossilek. In fact, she became a real

                             ancestor of so many champions. Later, we kept a daughter of hers - Etna Geriat`s Merry

                            Dogs, who is the most highly prized rottweiler within Bulgaria/you should consider the fact that

                             she stopped taking part in dog shows two years ago/. Her daughter, Hanny Geriat`s Merry

                             Dogs, is a respectful offspring in the show ring; next year the Kennel will rely on the new

                             promising dog- Izzi Geriat`s Merry Dogs.As far as the male show champions are concerned,

                             they are Fortuna`s dogs, too.

                             All the dogs bred by us are affectionate, frisky, and keep smiling /that is where the idea for our

                             kennel name has come from/.

                             Up to now we have bred ten litters of 76 puppies. We are dedicated in producing the best

                             possible offspring ? healthy, strong, faithful and loving rottweilers. I hope we have successfully

                             done it by keeping the rules of both good selection and breeding!

                             All the studs we use for breeding are clear of the problem of Hip and Elbow 

                             Dysphasia,BH,and ZTP.

                             They are physically fit, stable, energetic, readily proving steadfast endurance, and highly

                             socialized. They like doing everything for fun! I hope they bear the name of Geriat`s Merry

                             Dogs with pride and quite deservedly!

                             They will always make me and my family, present and future owners of our ROTTWEILERS fell

                              happy with their  notorious love and extraordinary faithfulness.
